David has astounded everyone including his doctor, himself, his family and dare I say, even me! Since last September, David has lost an astonishing 24kgs. This has been achieved through a healthy eating meal plan which David has devised himself and a detailed training programme that he completes 3 times a week incorporating strength and cardio workouts alongside mobility, core and flexibility training. What makes his achievement even more outstanding is that David is 71 years of age and wears a pacemaker. Despite this, he has been hitting his goals monthly and is continuing to improve fitness and is currently reevaluating his new goals as he has achieved his weight target.
