Q: Where do you offer personal training? A: I provide 1-1, group, and corporate personal training in Bath, England. Sessions take place at agreed local locations, gyms/studios/client’s home. Q: Do you offer online personal training? A: Yes, online services are focused on indoor rowing training programmes and personal training, delivered worldwide. Q: How do I book a session? A: You can book via my website enquiry form, email, or by contacting me directly. Once your goals and needs are confirmed, we’ll schedule your session(s). Q: Do you work with beginners? A: Absolutely. All fitness levels are welcome — programmes are tailored to your starting point, goals, and any injuries or limitations.

Indoor Rowing Programmes

Q: Are your indoor rowing programmes suitable for all levels? A: Yes. Programmes are designed for complete beginners through to competitive indoor rowers. Q: How are the rowing programmes delivered? A: Programmes are delivered digitally through email. Q: Do I need a specific rowing machine? A: Programmes are compatible with most indoor rowers, including Concept2, WaterRower, and air-resistance rowers. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask.

Payments & Packages

Q: How do I pay for personal training or online programmes? A: Payments can be made securely online or via bank transfer. Full details will be provided when booking. Q: Do you offer package discounts? A: No. All prices are listed on the website per programme/session.

Health & Safety

Q: Do I need a medical clearance? A: Yes. All clients must complete a PAR-Q, Informed Consent form, Client Trainer Agreement and Pre-Exercise Health Questionnaire before starting training. If you have pre-existing conditions, recent injuries, or concerns, it’s advisable to seek GP clearance.  Cancellations Q: What is your cancellation policy for personal training? A: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions below for full details.
