The 2025 World Rowing Indoor Virtual Series is here — a global indoor rowing challenge running from 1 June to 30 September 2025, and it’s open to everyone with an erg and the will to test themselves. Whether you’re training for performance or simply want to stay motivated, these four unique monthly challenges will put your rowing skills to the test in fun, creative ways.
At Tony Larkman Personal Training, we’re excited to support this fantastic initiative on our Indoor Rower page. If you’re one of our rowers (or want to become one), this is a great way to push your limits, train with purpose, and be part of the worldwide rowing community.
