I also promote the advantages of a locally sourced, organic diet to support health and performance. Nutrition plans can be tailored for vegetarians, vegans, and pescatarians.
If you’re preparing for a competition or event, I offer a structured 12-week training programme designed to help you peak at the right time. You’ll learn how to manage training intensity, recovery, and performance to achieve your best on the big day.
Comprehensive fitness assessments and body composition measurements are also available to track progress and set clear, achievable goals.
